Reasons to Give...

My great grandmother always said, no one that gives, will never be poor. I have followed that phrase growing up. Watching my great grandmother donating her frocks (dresses) as she called them, just to donate to the church clothing drive.

I remember seeing my favorite dress in the pile on the floor. Red and white dress with flowers, with a pretty bow that tied in the front. I could not fit that dress any more, but hated to part with it.

In my early adult years, I found myself taking after my great grandmother. Donating clothes, giving to the homeless, not wanting to see any one without. That passion built Journeys.

As you look at your closet, seeing clothes she have not worn in years, trying to lose a few pounds to get back in them. Why not donate?
